"Rhythm for me, is another voice. The drum empowers every ability." says the founder who uses rhythm-based tools to facilitate music programmes for special needs in the community. She has 16 years of experience working closely with special needs children and youth-at-risk. She uses drumming as a vehicle for empowerment and transformation. She provides individual and small group percussion intervention to students with intellectual disabilities Down Syndrome, ADHD, Autism, Global Development Delay and youth-at-risk.
She is a vocalist and performing artist. She is a trained REMO HealthRHYTHMS facilitator for Group Empowerment drumming and Adolescent Protocol. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Diploma in Mass Communication, Diploma in Learning Disorders Management & Child Psychology, She is a trained 300hr Yoga Instructor from Vyasa Yoga & Ayurveda. She is also a certified and licensed Drums Alive® instructor. And she is a certified ACTA Trainer at IAL institute. She also attained Specialist Certificate in Teaching and Learning of Preschool Arts Education by NAC-SEED, and Essentials of Teaching and Learning from NAC-NIE, En Route to Inclusive Arts Education by NAC-Rainbow.

He has more than 25 years experience in Drums and Percussion for all music genres and 16 years of experience facilitating drum circles and teaching music for persons with special needs. He dedicates his life to bringing rhythm and music to people from all walks of life. Shamroz considers drumming to be the celebration of life and the solution to issues. He has an extensive background as a performing artiste and multi-instrumentalist.
He is a trained REMO HealthRHYTHMS facilitator for Group Empowerment drumming and Adolescent Protocol. He certified by Social Service Institute in “Working and Facilitating the Learning of Children with Special Needs in the Arts”. He has participated in 'Art For All' ASEAN Disability Camp 2015 in Bangkok and conducted Drum Circle workshops for participants with special populations. He is also a certified and licensed Drums Alive® instructor. He also attained Specialist Certificate in Teaching and Learning of Preschool Arts Education by NAC-SEED, Specialist Certificate in Teaching and Learning of Preschool Arts Education for Special Needs by NAC-Rainbow.
